About us
The principled and scientific exploitation of valuable silica deposits in the Torbat Jam region began in 2009. This region, located in the south of Khorasan Razavi Province, has huge reserves of silica in the form of quartz-arnite and is considered one of the most important sources of silica in Iran.
From the very beginning of its establishment, the Jam Silica Processing Company, in cooperation with the reputable German company AKW, began detailed studies of the mineral. This cooperation included innovations in silica processing and conducting laboratory and semi-industrial tests, which ultimately led to the design of silica production lines with an annual capacity of more than 500,000 tons of quality silica sand.

Why Jam Silica Processing?
The Faravar Jam silica plant, using an advanced crushing line from SANDVIK Sweden, is capable of crushing 150 tons of silica per hour with a maximum size of 75 centimeters to a grain size of less than 2 millimeters. The wet processing unit from AKW Germany, with a capacity of 125 tons per hour, removes impurities such as aluminum oxide, iron and titanium and provides a pure product.
Our products with standard grain sizes, especially silica sand 0.1 to 0.4 millimeters, are widely used in the glass, glaze, ceramic and porcelain industries due to their purity and high quality.
